Refund policy
At Linden Pet, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Products must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper handling are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Any return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet-related items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
