Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Linden Pet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we work closely with trusted shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
International Shipping
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
